Someone just wrote and asked if there were any Singing Meditation gatherings planned for the UUA General Assembly in North Carolina this week. Although Liz and I presented last year, this year I will not be attending and to my knowledge there are no meetings scheduled for Singing Meditation.
If you would like to meet up informally with others interested in Singing Meditation while you are at GA I suggested you post a note on the message board giving the day and time and place you will be (contact info would also be helpful) and then post under “S” on the big message boards with the ‘name’ on the note being “Singing Meditation.” Others who are interested can scan the message board for Singing Meditation.
Sorry this is such short notice, but it didn’t occur to me until today. I hope you have a wonderful time at GA!
I am very sorry to be missing GA this year; there is no money in my professional expenses for it. I have been every year since 1987 except two. However, there are folks who have led singing meditation going so posting something on the message board as Rosie says seems like a good plan.
